Flag Display Program

7 Great Reasons to Join the Camden-Wyoming Rotary Flag Display Program:

  1. Subscribing is easy!
  2. Your subscription fee supports scholarships for local graduates.
  3. Very reasonable $40 subscription fee (per flag) payable to CW Rotary Club is tax deductible.
  4. Your flag flies high on a 10' metal pole four times per year:  Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day.
  5. Rotary volunteers do all the work - assembling, posting, retrieving, and storing the flags.  Even if you're on vacation, your flag will be posted!
  6. The 3' x 5' flag is MADE IN THE USA.  This exceptional quality flag exhibits sewn stripes and embroidered stars.
  7. Flying the flag is a great way to show your appreciation for the selfless sacrifices of those who have worked and fought to earn and preserve our freedom.

Details

Rotary volunteers will install a sleeve in the ground near your front curb and mark the spot with a spray painted symbol.  In the morning, on the specified display dates, Rotarians will post a 3-ft x 5-ft American flag at your residence and retrieve the flag in the evening.  Homeowner's responsibilities:  (1) Advise the Rotary Club of any sprinkler, plumbing, and electrical service locations; (2) Ensure the sleeve does not rise above ground level where it may damage equipment used to maintain the lawn.
